How the limits work
Active students are students you currently teach. Mark a student inactive any time — their history stays, and they stop counting toward your plan.
Booking and email limits reset every month. Booking confirmations and receipts always send, even at your limit, so families are never left without a receipt.
Done-for-you site changes are for bigger edits you'd rather not make yourself: describe the change, our team drafts it, and you approve it before it goes live. Each plan includes a number per month (Free 2, Starter 5, Growth 15, Pro 40, School unlimited), with two rounds of changes on each. Unused requests don't roll over, and a request we can't make doesn't count.
Going over never deletes anything. We let you know, give you 30 days, and only then pause new online sign-ups — existing students keep booking.
Lesson payments are yours. Families pay you directly through Stripe; Tooition never holds your money. Your plan is a separate subscription.
Tooition's payment fee is taken automatically from each online payment, on top of Stripe's processing fee: 2% on Free, 1% on Starter, 0.5% on Growth, 0.25% on Pro and none on School. If you refund a family, the fee is refunded too.
Families anywhere see your prices converted into their own currency, and they can switch currency on your site. You set prices and get paid in your own currency.
